Terms & Conditions

- All items are READY STOCK unless stated Pre Order.

- Goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable.

- Full payment is needed to make an order except Cash on Delivery which require 50% deposit.

- Item price does not include shipping charge.

- Every parcel comes with a tracking code whereby you can track the delivery status. We will not hold any further responsibility after the parcel is sent out.

 - Tracking number will be sent to you via Sms, email or you can check our list of buyers section.

- All information provided to us will be deemed personal & will be kept confidential.

- We reserve the right to make changes on our site, policies & the terms & conditions at any   point of time.

- We only deal with serious buyers

- Unserious buyers will not be attend ever again.

- In case the items you ordered are ouf of stock, we will inform you ASAP for a change of item or payment will be totally refund if asked.

- Posting arrival will be 2-3 days for Semenanjung Malaysia and 2-3 days for Sabah & Sarawak [POSLAJU].

- Posting arrival will be 4-6 days for Semenanjung Malaysia and 8-12 days for Sabah & Sarawak [POS DOMESTIC].

- For heavier/large items (over the limit of the Poslaju rules) we will automatically pos it by Pos Domestic.

- Item will be pos the next day after the payment had been made.

  (For a complicate packaging we will need 1-2days before posting)
